Chairwoman of the “State Cadastre and Register of Real Estate” Public Legal Entity under the State Service on Property Issues under the Ministry of Economy of the Republic of Azerbaijan

Born on June 26, 1983 in Baku

In 2000, She enrolled in the Bachelor’s Programme at the Faculty of Law of Baku State University, and in 2004, graduated from the same university with honours in Law.

In 2004, She enrolled in the Master’s Programme at the Faculty of Law of Baku State University and, graduated from the same university with honours in “Public Law”.

She worked as a human resources specialist at a private company, an assistant for technical audit at “Azerinshaatservis” LLC, an assistant of the Chairwoman of the Board at “Bank Standard” Commercial Bank CJSC, and a lawyer at “Unileasing” leasing company CJSC.

From 2007 to 2015, She worked as a senior lawyer, head of division, deputy head of department, and head of department at the Department for State Registration of Commercial Legal Entities of the Baku City Taxes Department under the Ministry of Taxes.

In 2010, She was awarded the jubilee medal “10th Anniversary of the Ministry of Taxes of the Republic of Azerbaijan”, in 2015, the medal “For Distinction in Public Service”.

During the years 2015-2017, she worked as a head of division and head of department at the Main Department for Economic Analysis and State Registration of Entrepreneurial Subjects, the Main Department for Tax Risk Analysis and Control, as well as the Department for Taxpayer Services and Transparent Tax Partnership under the Ministry of Taxes.

In 2017, She was appointed to the position of Head of the Office of the Ministry of Taxes.

In 2018, She was appointed to the position of Director General of the Department for Document Management and Citizen Appeals (Secretariat) of the Ministry of Taxes.

In 2019, She was appointed to the position of Head of the Main Department for Document Management and Review of Appeals (Secretariat) of the Ministry of Taxes.

In 2020, She was awarded the 3rd class medal of the Republic of Azerbaijan “For Distinction in Service in Tax Authorities”.

In 2020, She was appointed to the position of Deputy Head of the State Register of Real Estate Service under the State Service on Property Issues under the Ministry of Economy of the Republic of Azerbaijan.

In 2021, She was appointed to the position of Head of the State Register of Real Estate Service under the State Service on Property Issues under the Ministry of Economy of the Republic of Azerbaijan.

In 2021, She was appointed to the position of Chairwoman of the “State Cadastre and Register of Real Estate” Public Legal Entity under the State Service on Property Issues under the Ministry of Economy of the Republic of Azerbaijan.

She is married and has two children.
