- Contracts drafted and (or) certified as a result of a notarial act performed in respect of real estate:
- Real estate sale and purchase agreement;
- Real estate deed of gift;
- Real estate exchange agreement;
- Mortgage agreement;
- Mixed contract on the sale and purchase and mortgage of living space;
- Lease (use) agreements with a lease ( use) period of more than eleven months;
- Annuity contract;
- Lease agreement with an obligation to sell" concluded between the Mortgage and Credit Guarantee Fund of the Republic of Azerbaijan and the lessee.
- Relevant documents drafted and (or) certified as a result of a notarial act performed in respect of real estate:
- Notification of final payment under a credit sale and purchase agreement;
- Partition plan;
- Certificate of inheritance by law or by will;
- Certificate of ownership of a share in the joint property of spouses.
