·         Application (Article 10.1 of the Law of the Republic of Azerbaijan "On the State Registry of Real Estate");

·         A notarized power of attorney, if the application is submitted by a person other than the right holder (Article 10.3 of the Law of the Republic of Azerbaijan "On the State Registry of Real Estate");

·         Document confirming the payment of the state fee (Article 10.2.4 of the Law of the Republic of Azerbaijan "On the State Registry of Real Estate")

·         A municipal decision on the allocation of the land plot (Article 66 of the Land Code of the Republic of Azerbaijan; Article 6.2 of the Law of the Republic of Azerbaijan "On Management of Municipal Lands"; Article 18 of the Law of the Republic of Azerbaijan "On Land Market");

·         Deed of sale and purchase of the land plot (Article 9 of the Law of the Republic of Azerbaijan "On Land Market" – prior to March 7, 2014, the date of entry into force of Law No. 907-IVQD dated February 14, 2014 "On amendments to the Law of the Republic of Azerbaijan 'On Land Market'");

·         Land plot sale and purchase agreement (Article 66 of the Land Code of the Republic of Azerbaijan; Article 6.2 of the Law of the Republic of Azerbaijan "On Management of Municipal Lands"; Article 8.0.3 of the Law of the Republic of Azerbaijan "On the State Registry of Real Estate"; Article 9 of the Law of the Republic of Azerbaijan "On Land Market" – after March 7, 2014, the date of entry into force of Law No. 907-IVQD dated February 14, 2014 "On amendments to the Law of the Republic of Azerbaijan 'On Land Market'");

Technical document allowing the location of the land plot to be determined (relevant scheme, plan, or excerpt therefrom, land allotment act, plan and dimensions of the land plot) (Articles 65 and 68 of the Land Code; Article 10.2 of the Law of the Republic of Azerbaijan "On the State Registry of Real Estate")
