Within the framework of its visit to the Republic of Korea, the delegation of the State Service on Property Issues exchanged experiences and expertise with representatives of relevant government agencies in the field of state registration and cadastre of real estate.

The delegation of the State Service on Property Issues under the Ministry of Economy held a series of meetings with the Korea Land and Geospatial InformatiX Corporation (LX) operating under the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure and Transport of the Republic of Korea, as well as with the Korea Real Estate Board and 'Wavus' company. The meetings aimed to conduct an exchange of experience and expand mutual cooperation in the fields of cadastre, real estate registration, geodesy, and national spatial data.

The delegation familiarized itself with the activities, information systems, as well as the implemented innovations and long-term strategic state programs of the aforementioned government agencies. Korean experts delivered presentations on digitalization efforts in the field of real estate cadastre, mapping, geodesy, national spatial data, real estate valuation, and the artificial intelligence solutions applied in these fields.

Officials of the State Service provided information on the software applications and information systems implemented in the field of state registration and cadastre of real estate in Azerbaijan.

It should be noted that an agreement was reached to deepen cooperation between the two countries and to continue the exchange of experience on digital cadastre and real estate registration systems.
