Required documents:

·         Application (Article 10.1 of the Law of the Republic of Azerbaijan "On the State Registry of Real Estate");

·         A notarized power of attorney, if the application is submitted by a person other than the right holder (Article 10.3 of the Law of the Republic of Azerbaijan "On the State Registry of Real Estate");

·         Document confirming the payment of the state fee (Article 10.2.4 of the Law of the Republic of Azerbaijan "On the State Registry of Real Estate");

·         Title document for the land plot where the garden houses are located (Article 8 of the Law of the Republic of Azerbaijan "On the State Registry of Real Estate"; Decree No. 439 of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan dated January 13, 2015 "On approval of the List of documents confirming the acquisition of rights to real estate objects acquired and arisen prior to the entry into force of the Law of the Republic of Azerbaijan 'On the State Registry of Real Estate'");

·         Technical document allowing the location of the garden plot to be determined (relevant scheme, plan, or excerpt therefrom, land allotment act, plan and dimensions of the land plot) (Articles 65 and 68 of the Land Code; Article 10.2 of the Law of the Republic of Azerbaijan "On the State Registry of Real Estate"; Decree No. 664 of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan dated October 30, 2015 "On amendments to the 'List of documents confirming the acquisition of rights to real estate objects acquired and arisen prior to the entry into force of the Law of the Republic of Azerbaijan On the State Registry of Real Estate', approved by Decree No. 439 of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan dated January 13, 2015");

Title document for the construction (Article 8 of the Law of the Republic of Azerbaijan "On the State Registry of Real Estate"; Decree No. 439 of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan dated January 13, 2015 "On approval of the List of documents confirming the acquisition of rights to real estate objects acquired and arisen prior to the entry into force of the Law of the Republic of Azerbaijan 'On the State Registry of Real Estate'");
